Order tickets for the New Year’s Cheer 50/50

1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Alberta.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

2. 50/50

1 for $10.00; 250 tickets

4 for $20.00; 600 tickets

20 for $50.00; 4000 tickets

100 for $100.00; 4000 tickets

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

Maximum 50/50 payout will be $9,750.00

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Deadline

Final ticket sales deadline: January 6, 2026 at 11:59:00 p.m. MST

Draw

50/50 draw: January 7 at 10:00:00 a.m. MST

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at 1130F 44 Ave SE | Calgary, AB T2G 4W6

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).

All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at (URL entered here) on January 7, 2026.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the Cystic Fibrosis Canada.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

The winner will then be awarded the prize amount by EFT. All payments will be made by EFT.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Cystic Fibrosis Canada or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

Cystic Fibrosis Canada does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: events@cysticfibrosis.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Delay in Draw

Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

8. Other

Please email our team at events@cysticfibrosis.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

Through charitable gaming, Cystic Fibrosis Canada in AB can support cystic fibrosis research, directly impacting our CF community. We can raise funds and push further for all Canadians living with cystic fibrosis. Your ticket purchase helps support Cystic Fibrosis Canada's vital work.
